Together, we are creating a new and inclusive nation where charities, social enterprises and other purpose-driven organisations thrive.
We believe the State is failing to care for the most vulnerable and neurodiverse people in society, lacking the necessary creativity to get the most out of the system and its finite resources.  

The economy, NHS, workforce and social care are in a perilous state where repeated systemic failures have created a void. The system needs to be rebooted.

Zone Nation empowers people to be creative and collaborate to improve their communities and society.  This positive change is encapsulated in Margaret Mead’s words: 

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed individuals can change the world. In fact, it's the only thing that ever has."

Everything you need to know about Zone Nation.
What is Zone Nation?
Our digital offering is a powerful all-in-one  platform for charities and social enterprises to run their entire organisations. But we are also much more than this, what makes us special is that we are driven by our community of users who operate across a range of sectors and share a common mission to provide services that improve their communities and society.
What do I get by joining Zone Nation?
In addition to accessing a powerful all-in-one digital platform, you and your colleagues all belong to Zone Nation. This gives you access to community events, learning and development opportunities, as well as building your professional network. In the near future, we will be opening-up access to our accredited network of suppliers too.  
What training is required?
Zone is designed with a user-friendly interface, featuring a balanced structure of context menus that are easily navigated by the end user. We implement a 'train the trainer' approach tailored to specific business functions. Additionally, we provide a suite of guidance wikis and/or videos.
Do you have integrations?
Our current list of integrations is growing and includes: Electronic Staff Record (ESR), Learning From Patient Safety Events (LFPSE), Indeed, Power BI, Right To Work checks, DVLA checks, as well as various FinTech solutions. All our modules are fully interoperable, integrated with a single login and single data entry.
How much does it cost?
We take the time to understand each organisation, what they can afford and their future aspirations, designing a bespoke pricing model for each partner. We are free to price flexibly because we are a family-owned company. In addition, we are working with philanthropic and social impact investors to secure funding for the implementation and license of our software, making it even more accessible.
What support do you provide users?
The Helpdesk is accessible through the Zone portal, typically restricted to key members of your team. Once a request is initiated, we establish a direct communication channel with you to streamline the process and avoid separate email traffic. Requests are categorised into four levels - Low, Medium, High, and Urgent.
How easy is it to switch?
Our team is on hand to help every step of the way. We can upload historic incidents, historic complaints, current staff documents, current risk registers and audits, to ensure a smooth transition. For staff documents [pdfs, word etc] we can offer a data storage area to retain these documents too.
How long does it take to resolve an issue?
Urgent issues are triaged immediately, with a response/resolution within 2 hours. The nature of the issue will determine the promptness of the solution. For non-urgent issues, resolution timelines are determined in partnership with you, considering the relative priority and agreed SLA.
